Hey Everyone. Let me introduce myself. My name is Keshia and I'm a full time educator who just happens to be parenting a teenage (14 years old at the moment) boy. I have an eleven year old daughter, too. She's okay and I hope it stays that way.
After several recent 'encounters' with my son I realized that the only way I was going to get through this ordeal with my sanity in check was to journal about it. Some of his shenanigans are....I have no words. Were we 70's and 80's kids this stubborn? Were we this spoiled?
Anyway, I decided that sharing the good times and not so good times (and the hilarious moments) might help me get through the next few years. Thus, this blog was born. My 'journal entries' may or may not have to do with parenting a teen boy but, I'll try really hard to keep on task.
